Q. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED THE ORDERED PRODUCT YET?
A. Some products have longer expected delivery date. Check the estimated delivery date of the ordered product on the website. If the number of days is delayed, there may be unforeseen circumstances due to which the product cannot be shipped. We will email or call you to notify you of such delays. Also, sometimes the shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver your package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and your item has not been delivered, please let us know via email/WhatsApp/phone, so we can expedite delivery.

Q. HOW CAN I CHECK OR TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
A. You can log into your account to see the current status of recent orders or simply check your inbox/spam with the email id you used when ordering the order.

Q. SHIPPING & DELIVERY?
 A. Shipping means the product was shipped from our shipping center. After shipping you will receive an email and an SMS with the tracking number. As we send our products via an external shipping company, we do not have full control over the delivery. Delivery means that the product is actually delivered to your home.

Q. IS THERE ANY SHIPPING / DELIVERY CHARGES?
A. This depends on the product selected:
1, Cakes & Flowers: No shipping charges.
2, USA, UK, CANADA  & AUSTRALIA SHOP'S : FREE Shipping Charges

Q. IN CASE MY PACKAGE FOUND OPENED OR DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
A. Please don’t accept an open or tampered package.

Q. I WANT TO SHIP SOMETHING ABROAD. CAN I DO THAT?
A. Yes we ship internationally to selected countries. Please select a valid delivery address during the ordering process.

A.Maximum Indian & International CREDIT CARDS are accepted.

A. Yes you can use DEBIT CARDS.

Q. DOES WE USE SSL ENCRYPTION?
A. Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers etc.

Q. ARE MY CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD AND OTHER INFORMATION ARE SECURE?

Q. CAN ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED THROUGH PHONE OR FAX?
A. Only online orders are accepted.

A. Flowers & Cakes images shown are indicative. They come from the best places by destination and delivered. Other gifts correspond to the descriptions in the picture.

Q. How long does delivery take after receipt of payment?
A. Courier Products:
We will deliver your gift within 2-3 business days after payment to India and 3-7 business days for international deliveries.
Flowers & Cakes:
As per delivery date mentioned by you.

Q. What is the mode of delivery?
A. Flowers and Cakes are hand delivered. Other Gifts sent through courier services.

Q. How do I know if my gift has been shipped?
A. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the gift has been dispatched. You can access My Account.

Q. Can I send a gift with message?
A. Message along with Gifts are accepted. Simply enter your message in the GIFT NOTE box when paying online. Your message will be sent with your gift.
Q. Can I sent a gift on a specific date?
A. Yes, We deliver flowers and cakes on a specific date. Mention delivery date at the time of placing order. Other gifts sent by courier will be delivered according to the stated transit time, if order for gifts sent by courier is received well in advance, we will ship accordingly to deliver near or same day.

Q. How can I check the current status of my orders?
A. You can see the status and other information for all your orders. Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of any page on our website.We are also updating the tracking details on the website which will also be forwarded to your email id. We also sms the details to our Indian costumers.

Q. My order is in the status of "In progress". What does it mean?
A. (a) Processing: This is the default status of your order, which is shown once your order has been placed.
We are finished with the product and your order will be fulfilled according to your specifications.
(b) Shipped: We have successfully shipped your order.
(c) Cancelled: Your order cannot be approved by our payment gateway or we are unable to deliver the goods due to some restrictions.
(d) Pending: Your order is pending.
(e) Update : Your order is updated.

Q. My order will be shipped if I have not returned to your website after payment and the order is not generated on your website?
A. In some cases, after making a payment on the payment gateway, you will not return to our website for technical reasons and the order will not be generated. In this case, please send us your payment information along with product details, recipient name, shipping address and contact numbers. We will process your order.

Q. What is ADD On.
A. Products shown below are 'Add-On' products and can be bought only if you buy at least one 'non Add-On' product with it from our Rakhi Section. If an Add-On product is ordered for separately then your order will be cancelled. If an Add-On product is ordered with FSW products then your order will be cancelled. Can be bought for delivery in India or any other country You can add any number of Add-Ons as you like This Add-On section is to save you from the cost of Shipping and Free items that are included with other products in the Rakhi Section.
