Q. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT YET?
A. Some products have longer expected delivery date. Please check the expected delivery date of the product you have ordered on the website. If the number of days is past due there might be some unforeseen conditions due to which your product cannot be shipped. We will send you an email or call you to inform about the such delays. Also, sometime shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and your product is not being delivered please inform us via email / whatsapp / call so that we can expedite the delivery.

Q. HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER(S)?
A. You can login to your account to see the current status of recent orders or simply check your email ID inbox/spam which you used at the time of placing the order.

Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?
A. Shipping means the product has been dispatched from our dispatch center. You will receive an email and sms with tracking number once it is shipped. Since, we ship our products with third party shipping company we do not have full control over delivery. Delivery means when the product is actually delivered to you at your doorstep.

Q. DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY SHIPPING OR DELIVERY CHARGES?
A. It depends on which product you are going for:
1, Cakes & Flowers: No shipping charges.
2, USA SHOP, UK SHOP, CANADA SHOP & AUSTRALIA SHOP : No Shipping Charges

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND MY PACKAGE OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH UPON DELIVERY?
A. Please don’t accept an open or tampered package.

Q. I WANT TO SHIP SOMETHING ABROAD. CAN I DO THAT?
A. Yes we ship internationally to selected countries. Please select the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.

Q. CAN I PAY THROUGH CREDIT CARDS?
A. Yes we accept most of the Indian & International CREDIT CARDS.

Q. CAN I PAY THROUGH DEBIT CARDS?
A. Yes we accept all most of the DEBIT CARDS.

Q. DOES WE USE SSL ENCRYPTION?
A. Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers etc.

Q. IS MY CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD & OTHER DETAILS ARE SECURED?
A. Your Credit Card, Debit card / Credit card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

Q. CAN I PLACE ORDER THROUGH PHONE OR FAX?
A. Only online orders are accepted.

Q. All THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED AS DISPLAYED?
A. Flowers & Cakes images shown are indicative. These are sourced from the best locations as per place of delivery and are delivered. Other Gifts shall be as per their descriptions mentioned with the image.

Q. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
A. Courier Products:
We shall deliver your gift within India in 2-3 working days of securing your payment and 3-7 working days for international delivery.
Flowers & Cakes:
As per delivery date mentioned by you.

Q. What is the mode of delivery?
A. Flowers and Cakes are hand delivered. Other Gifts sent through courier services.

Q. How do I know that my gift has been shipped?
A. Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your gift has been shipped. You may by logging into My Account.

Q. Can I send some message with the gift?
A. Yes, you can send your message with the gift. Just type in your message in GIFT MESSAGE box while making the payment online. Your message will be delivered along with the gift.

Q. Can I have the gift delivered on a particular date?
A. Yes. Flowers and Cakes can be delivered on a particular date. You simply need to select the desired delivery date while placing an order online. Other gifts sent through courier will be delivered as per their mentioned transit time, if order is received much in advance for courier gifts then we do ship them accordingly so they are delivered near or on the same particular day.

Q. How do I check the current status of my orders?
A. You can review the status and other information of all your orders. click on the My Account link in the top right of any page on our site. We also update the tracking details on web site which is also forwarded to your email ID. We also sms the details to our Indian costumers.

Q. My order is shown to be in ' Processing' state. What does it mean?
A. (a) Processing: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.
(b) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end
(c) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.
(d) Pending : Your order is on hold.
(e) Update : Your order is updated.

Q. Will my order will be shipped in case i did not returned to your website after making the payment and order is not generated on your website.
A. In some cases after making payment at payment gateway due to technical reasons you are not returned to our website and order is not generated. In this case we request you to forward us the payment details along with product details, recipient name, delivery address and contact nos. We will process your order.

Q. What is ADD On.
A. Products shown below are 'Add-On' products and can be bought only if you buy at least one 'non Add-On' product with it from our Rakhi Section. If an Add-On product is ordered for separately then your order will be cancelled. If an Add-On product is ordered with FSW products then your order will be cancelled. Can be bought for delivery in India or any other country You can add any number of Add-Ons as you like This Add-On section is to save you from the cost of Shipping and Free items that are included with other products in the Rakhi Section.

A. Kindly provide order confirmation no for fast response.

Q. What are your refund policy.
A, Our 100% Buyer Protection Program allows refunds for the products which are received in damaged , defective and broken condition. Product not as per description. You need to register your dispute within 2 days of receiving the product by sending email with order no to us with the images of the products, so that we can investigate. The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 / 30 working days. All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

Q. Shipping Terms.
A, We provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly on the product page. You may calculate them before placing the order. Also Prices may be different for different countries. India Gifts Mall does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use best courier service to deliver your shipments safely and timely. We normally deliver in India 2-3 working days and outside India 3-7 working days.
