This is regarding order no CART7028223. I had earlier sent a mail stating to you that the give ordered by me was not delivered on time. But the fault was on my part, there was a slight mistake in the mailing address due to which it was addresses for their neighbours. The gift has been delivered and my recipient (a small boy of 5 yrs) was extremely happy to get it. I apologise on my part for blaming you guys. Your service was very good and the gift too had a nice packing. .

Actually I had some bad experiences with other online shopping portal in India like Indiatimes, Rediff etc so was afraid to send gifts to my loved ones in India thru electronic order. I again took the chance but this time I used India-Gifts-Mall site to shop. I sent birthday gift to my girl friend and I am happy with the way you delivered the items to her as instructed. That was the first time I shopped through India-Gifts-Mall. Afterwards, I used your service couple of more times and every time I was quite pleased with the service I had received. I was very concerned of what the product would actually look like and the quality of the product ... I was purchasing for my family and friends and they were really thrilled and happy with both. Product ordered met my expectation and delivery was on time. I am really likely to shop again thru India-Gifts-Mall when I need to send any gifts to my loved ones in India.
